Sukriti Labs shall implement management system as per ISO/IEC 17025, ISO 15189, and GXPs, as applicable, to generate technically valid data and results.
Sukriti Labs shall ensure that all personnel involved in the quality of operations are familiarized with the policies and procedures of the management system and implement the same in their work.
Sukriti Labs shall provide the services in accordance with applicable national and international standards.
Sukriti Labs shall ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining independence, impartiality and integrity in its operations, and improving its management system continuously.
Sukriti Labs is committed towards making the planet greener and cleaner and that is why Sukriti Labs has taken an initiative to reduce the papers in the office and make the office, paperless upto the maximum extent.”

(b) Environment Policy
Sukriti Industrial Testing Laboratories. recognizes environmental impact and climate change among the key sustainability challenges to businesses and society; affecting economic stability, ecology and vulnerable communities. Sukriti Labs is committed to assume a leadership role in environmental protection and climate change mitigation while pursuing our business aspirations and enhancement of shareholder value.

We shall strive to minimize our direct impacts on the environment while concurrently enhancing our services and solutions to help customers to improve their environmental and carbon performance toward meeting their sustainability objectives.

Sukriti Labs aims to fulfil its environmental commitments through the following broad-level actions:
• Improve resource efficiency in operations, especially for key resources such as, energy and water
• Reduce carbon footprint through energy efficiency measures and increasing the renewable energy component of our energy portfolio
• Adopt the “3-R” (Reduce, Reuse and Recycle) philosophy for all types of wastes to prevent pollution and dispose off “inevitable” wastes, particularly electronic waste, in line with regulatory requirements or industries best practices.
• Comply with all the applicable environmental and related legal and other requirements and, wherever feasible, strive for “beyond compliance” leadership
• Communicate the environmental policy to all employees, customers, business associates and other stakeholders and ensure it is available to the public.
• Have operating policies, programs and resources in place to implement our environmental quality policy.
• Ensure every employee understands and is responsible and accountable for incorporating environmental quality considerations in daily business activities.
